adobe premiere pro
I have tried adjusting the chroma levels to fix my video but I think I am not doing this right. The backround has sunlight streaming in so I can not really see the action. Is there anything else I can try to even out the backgroung and foreground?

Try the Shadow/Highlight effect. It allows adjusting each individually.

Tank you for responding. Do you know where in the effects tool I can find this?

It is in the Adjust folder.
